The Santa Fe Reporter came with a game changer today entitled "The Year in Closed Government" about the efforts by the Martinez administration to conceal information including public record emails from the public.
Attorney General Gary King, the highest ranking law enforcement official for New Mexico, released hundreds upon hundreds of secret email communications involving members of the administration to the Reporter in response to an IPRA request. The administration tried to bully the Reporter out of running a story even threatening to sue them.
"Sunshine Susana" has shown once and for all that she cares little for open government or the constitution. This is an article well worth sharing.
