Editor's Note: We have replaced the pleadings in McCleskey v. Bye with copies redacting the name of the child. We inadvertently scanned in documents that contained the name of the child. While the courts issue as public record the pleadings with the name of the child, we have taken the extra step to redact the child's name to protect the child's privacy.
